Born and raised in Nazaré with 15 years of experience as a surf instructor, André Florência, aka "BARRA", opened the doors of his surf club with a unique vision. Barra Surf Club offers surf and bodyboard lessons to beginner, intermediate and advanced surfers. Our surf club is on the fast track to teaching the world to surf through group, particular and private lessons. Our team of passionate expert instructors teach students how to understand the ocean in a fun and safe environment.
We'll teach you everything you need to know during a 90 minutes surf lesson including : ocean safety, basic surfing equipment, paddling technique, passing the break, how to stand up on a surfboard, and even how to ride your own wave.
Nothing's more handsome to catch some waves in Nazaré. Our lessons are during around 1/1:30 hour.
During the winter and summer season, we will make sure that you will have a good time with us.
